FAQs

How do I get my designs?

All of your final designs will be delivered as professionally formatted files- preset for web & print. You will be responsible for downloading and saving your files once they have been delivered to you via Google Drive.

*Sunlit will hold all final client project files for 90 days; thereafter, only sample finals may be moved to the archive, and all other files will be removed from storage. If you lose your project files, please inquire about a recreation fee.

Can I add collateral or product packaging for a specific supplier?

Absolutely!

If you have a vision for a specific item or pre-formatted collateral (i.e. tags, badges, product packaging), it’s best to share the desired shop and print item so I can design according to the supplier’s specifics.

I need brand photos for my business’s website and social media. Can I add a photography package?

Yes! I offer branding and lifestyle photography packages for local businesses.

My brand photography package starts at $350 for a 1.5-hour shoot on location, including documentary and stylized photography, natural ambiance photos of your business store, staff, products, food, and service interactions. (Staff & customers will need to verify permission to be photographed on the day of.)

These images are professionally edited for digital, & can be used on your website and social!
