Welcome to Sunlit Creative Co. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our website, branding, or photography services, products, and resources, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any products or services offered by Sunlit Creative Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. License & Permitted Use

Website & Brand Design

Each design purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for one website and/or business only, in all digital and print forms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the design to another person or business.

• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the design or any portion of it.

• Claim the template, design, or assets as your own original work.

• Create template files for marketplaces, file-sharing websites, or any public platform.

Modifications

You are welcome to customize your text, stock images, and products or services as displayed on your website. However, modified website versions remain subject to these Terms & Conditions and may not be resold, redistributed, or represented as your own original design. You may not modify brand design, web design, or photography, nor claim any material or collateral as your own work.

Photography

Each photography package grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use photographs for one business/brand only, in all digital and print forms. Terms for photography packages are further detailed in the photography contract.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer photographs to another person or business for commercial use.

• Resell, redistribe, or reproduce the images or portions of the images.

• Claim the images as your own original work/original work of the business.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Failure to complete the full payment for a service or package forfeits your right to the final product, and you will not receive any completed works. Failure to complete payment for service also forfeits your right to use any and all design ideas, drafts, and other inspirations you have received from Sunlit Creative Co.

The first payment of every design project also acts as a non-refundable deposit.

Photography projects require a nonrefundable deposit and require cancellation 24 hours before the agreed-upon shoot date and time. Photography sessions require payment in full before the final, edited images are delivered.

Refund Policy

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately or within an agreed timeframe within the contracted agreement, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products. If you decide to no longer work with Sunlit for your branding or website design needs, then you will no longer be obligated to make payments. You will not receive any custom design work that has not been fully paid for.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, graphics, layouts, written content, photography, downloads, and other digital products created by Sunlit Creative Co. are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the product as described in these Terms. Ownership and copyright remain with Sunlit Creative Co.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of our products.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our templates and digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive to provide high-quality products, Sunlit Creative Co. does not guarantee that our work will meet every user's specific needs or operate without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunlit Creative Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—our products or services.

6. Support

Included Support

Your purchase includes basic support related to:

• Website and brand installation

• Download issues

• General questions

• Troubleshooting website functionality

Additional Services

Custom design work, template modifications, branding assistance, website customization, or extended technical support are not included unless otherwise stated and may require an additional fee.

7. Product Updates

From time to time, Sunlit Creative Co. may release updates or improvements to templates or digital products.

When updates are available, it is your responsibility to download and implement them if applicable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida / United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
